Aysan has been painting since the age of seven under her dad's instruction. She grew up in Tehran, learning art from her father, Djamal Khorraminejad, one of Iran’s most well-known fine artists. Her dad has always been a major influence on her artwork. Aysan holds a PhD in architecture and works as an architect in Orange County, CA, where she lives with her husband and two daughters.
She loves to paint landscapes and cityscapes. Over the years, Aysan has had many solo and group exhibitions across the world, including in Iran, Greece, Germany, Kazakhstan, and the United States.
